Add to Chrome
Install UnitPulse from the Chrome Web Store. It asks for one permission: storage.
Pin it
Click the puzzle icon in Chrome’s toolbar and pin UnitPulse so the popup is always one click away.
Sign in once
Open the popup and choose Sign in. The web app opens in a tab, and the extension connects to your account automatically.
Already installed? Open any job on a supported board — the badge appears as it loads.

The extension is deliberately narrow. Here’s exactly what it can and can’t do.
Only supported job sites
The extension runs on LinkedIn, Indeed and Upwork. It doesn’t load on any other site you visit.
Only the job in front of you
It reads the posting you’re viewing — never your messages, connections or profile.
One permission
Storage, to keep you signed in and remember your settings. Nothing else.
No automation
It never applies, messages, connects or scrapes in the background on your behalf.
What it stores in your browser
- Your session token, so you stay signed in
- Your settings, such as which sites are on and whether deep contact scan is enabled
- A cached copy of the page rules used to read job listings
What it sends us
When you run an analysis, the extension sends the details it read from that job posting to our server over HTTPS, so the checks can run. Nothing is sent while you browse, and nothing else on the page is collected.
